History

Coremotif was founded early 2013 by Jon Gretar Gudjonsson. The business specializes in management consulting for IT, processes and quality management. The purpose was to help customers bring people, processes and technology together, forming a holistic way of tackling any project or problem. We start working with the current state of the business and help you form an ideal future state based on your business priorities and strategy. Using both the future and current state, we design roadmaps for moving your business forward. This way you can transform IT from a cost center to a strategic asset that can support and pave the way for your business units.

We use proven methodologies and professional approaches to any project. We can employ formal methods or frameworks or agile or lean methods based on your needs and position. We won’t invent the wheel for you, but rather help you stand on the shoulders of giants.

Among our customers you will find businesses ranging from large banks, retail and investments, telecoms, film production companies as well as leading computer game studios. Our projects range from product development to process analysis, design and implementation.

Being Socially responsible means that organizations must behave ethically and with sensitivity toward social, cultural, economic and environmental issues. Striving for social responsibility helps us have a positive impact on society with a positive contribution to bottom-line results. So we have adapted a set of principles guiding us in our social responsibility journey
