How we helped Tele2

Tele2 decided to embark on an ambitious and challenging project with the goal of modernizing and consolidating its legacy data warehouse platforms and moving them to the cloud. The modernization included implementing a new cloud-based data warehouse for storage along with a new ingestion pipeline and a cloud-based environment for processing, both traditional AI and Machine Learning as well as a new cloud based BI platform. The project was not only technically challenging as Tele2 and ComHem underwent a merger during the period, creating a new Telecom and Media powerhouse, a serious challenger in the Swedish market.  

Tele2 got CoreMotif to perform Program Management, coordinating a number of development teams comprised of employees as well as external consultants, stakeholders and product owners in order to design and deliver the new consolidated platform. The program management also included the facilitation of the design and implementation of a new end-to-end agile process for the Business Intelligence and Analytics department, integrating the scheduling, prioritization and implementation of deliverables with other departments within Tele2.
