We contacted CoreMotif regarding assistance with our data warehouse. Together we defined a project aimed at a holistic overhaul of the warehouse. We started with an extensive analysis of the current state, pinpointing a handful of areas we could improve immediately. Following that we started refactoring and improving the data warehouse, both with regard to performance and usability. We refactored and cleaned out obsolete code to make everything more streamlined and easier to use and navigate. The project's objective was to optimize Tjarnargatan's media production pipeline without sacrificing creative thinking or the quality of the production. "Together we designed an implementation plan based on proven organizational change management methodology and started analyzing which aspects of the ITIL processes should be implemented. The goal was to tailor the ITIL processes and emphasize relevant aspects reducing unnecessary work, taking a lean approach to the implementation. The work delivered a process map, policies, procedures and an implementation plan so that implementation could be started as soon as possible. The implementation plan was flexible so that every department’s requirements could be taken into account without reducing the overall quality or missing any of the initial goals."

The project's objective was to create an improved architectural overview of Borgun‘s Payment Gateway. It included reviewing existing documentation, communication with specialists and reviewing the code itself. Information was streamlined and delivered in a report.
